Terms of Service - Effective Date: 12/05/2023

Please read the following terms of service carefully before using Bonniebabi Photography Services. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Bonniebabi Photo. By proceeding to establish an account and/or use the Services, you agree to be bound to the terms of service stated below. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Customer" or "you") and Bonniebabi Photo. Bonniebabi Photo provides newborn and family photography services and offers digital downloads to purchase (the "Services") for its Customers. You must be at least 16 years old to provide consent for a photography session. By providing consent for photography, you agree to be bound by the Terms and to use the Services in compliance with the Terms and any other policies posted on the website.

These terms may be modified at any time; it is the responsibility of the Customer to seek out the updated terms on Bonniebabi Photo website. Updated terms are valid from the time they are published on Bonniebabi’s Photo website.

Payment

If you have questions regarding charges associated with the Services, you should contact Bonniebabi Customer Support Department by email at dnoble@bonniebabi.co.uk  All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within 14 days of the date of the Services. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 14 days old unless Bonniebabi, in its sole and reasonable discretion, decides to make an exception for extenuating circumstances.

Prior to purchase, Bonniebabi Photo owns and watermarks the photographic images taken on behalf of its customers. Printing, digital and physical copying, taking screen shots, sharing on social media or attempting to remove Bonniebabi’s watermark prior to purchase are violations of the Terms and payment for the images will be due immediately. Upon purchase, full printing, copying, and sharing rights to the images will be granted.

Once photos have been downloaded by the customer, refunds will not be given unless the images are deemed to be of an unsatisfactory standard by an industry-standard photo editing software programme.

All prices are subject to change without notice by Bonniebabi.

Images

You will receive images either as a Download or USB (dependent on customers purchase preference)

All final image sizes are JPEG Normal – Image Quality Large.

Bonniebabi Photo is not liable to provide every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the Customer is left to the discretion of Bonniebabi Photo.

There is no minimum or maximum number of images you will receive.

Images are not edited before being presented to the customer and we do not offer an editing service. All images are taken with a Nikon Camera set at JPEG Normal – Image Quality Large.

Bonniebabi will not be held responsible for variances in colours or quality due to customers printing their images anywhere other than a professional print lab. 

Bonniebabi Photo cannot accept any responsibility or liability for colour balance or quality of any Prints reproduced from the USB / Download that is supplied to Third Party Printers from High Street or online photo processing shops.

Bonniebabi shall not be liable to the customer for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil its obligations where failure arises because of an event or circumstances beyond its control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury.

Your purchase of the original files’ releases Bonniebabi from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Bonniebabi from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.

Bonniebabi advises that original downloading of images should be made to a computer. Downloading to a smaller device (but are not limited to) phone, tablet or iPad can compress the resolution of the images. Therefore, Bonniebabi shall not be liable to the customer if the image quality or resolution is reduced due to downloading images onto any device other than a computer.
